TAMARIND

Our specialty beachside restaurant serves authentic, creative Pan Asian flavours on the deck or on the sand. Lunch with azure ocean views and have dinner by candle light. Blending imported ingredients, fresh Indian Ocean seafood and tamarind grown in the north of the island and picked at its peak, our signature recipes tantalise. Try seared shrimps with tamarind, papaya and roasted red onion salad or slow roasted duck breast with tamarind and red curry sauce, followed by Takamaka flamed bananas in a tamarind glaze and almond tamarind ice cream, sipped with our tamarind and golden rum champagne cocktail.
